Resource load impact (current vs forecasted)

If I create a master MS Project file containing all of our current and
forecasted projects, is there an easy way to get the following:

In the resource usage view,
Ability to see the load for the current or forecasted projects
Ability to see the load for the current projects and the forecasted projects
(combined)

Also, is there a way to apply % probability against the forecasted projects
for loading considerations?
