Resource mailboxes not staying open after upgrade to OL2003

We are upgrading from OL2000 to OL2003 and we have some users with Resource
mailboxes open in their outlook profile. For some reason they are not
staying open after the upgrade from OL2000 to OL2003. Ideas? Thanks!
