resource manager permission

Resource managers assigned to resource manager group can not see resources in
Resource Center.
Following message is seen 'There are no resources to display in this view.

You either do not have permissions to see any resources in this view or
there are currently no resources in the Project Server database. Contact your
server administrator. '

Which permission is set to see the resources in Resource Center? I suspect
from the categories, also.

Could you please help me about the situation?

We equalize project managers and resource managers permissions and that solve
the problem

Well that's certainly a work around. In order for the permissions to work
correctly for the Resource Managers group, you must setup and assign RBS
values to indicate the "my resource" relationship.
