I'm a student and my final test for my last year is to implement the
project management of a company in ms project server and prof 2003. I
already learned a lot but i still have a problem:
The resourcemanager has to do the following:
He create the Teams.
He allocates the resources over the team for a time period.
What is the problem?
The resource manager is the boss and he assigns a project manager to a
team that works on a project. When a project manager starts with his
management his planning has to correspond to the resource planning of
the resource manager. So when he assigns other resource or when he
assigns a resource to a different time that the resource manager there
have to be indications or something like that. So the planning of the
resource manager and project manager have to be linked.
Can someone help me a little bit? it could be the start for my
career!!
