Resource Managers control of registeret actuals

I'm searching for an easy way to monitor, how many hours my employees
have registeret on any project in my company. This to control, that the
registration proces is ongoing and flowing. For this I use MS Project
Web Access, but my problem is that I cant save my settings in here.
This means that I every friday - in the view "ressources/adjust
actuals" have to pin-point my employees ( a 2-digit number ) among all
ressources on the server ( a 3-digit number ). This is "killing me".

Does anybody here have a clever solution or another easy way to pull
out this rather simpel information ( for each emplyee - for each day in
a week - how many hours registeret ).

As you might have noticed, reporting Project Server is weak. We typically
augment these with reports generated through SQL reporting services. Please
post your follow-up questions to microsoft.public.project.server as this one
is closing down.
