Resource MV-Skill Report

All,

What is the best process for maintaining the resource MV-Skills assignments
in MSPS-2007? Can you produce a report from Project Server / PWA / Reporting
Db showing who has which skills assigned? I am trying to provide the Resource
Managers with a report showing the current skills assigned their direct
reports so that they can update them periodically.

The problem I have in the Resource Center is the 255 character limit. The
problem I have in the Reporting Db is finding a way to relate the databases.
Can any one provide any input on how this can be done, or if it is even
possible?

depening on how you would like to create your report, I think the Reporting
