Resource names field at "My Task" view

Hello,

We have Project Server 2003.
Resources want to see all other resources which assigned for them tasks.
Now they see only themselves.
I saw 2 fields: 1. Resource name 2. Resource names.
I added both of them but I still got only 1 name.

Any idea ?
