Resource names

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to enter/display a resource name as "last
name, first name", with the comma. I'm not having much luck, as the comma
acts as a delineator, creating two resources. Any ideas?

If they are Enterprise Resources, then they would need to be created in this
format.
Otherwise you could consider using one of the Text custom fields and
creating a formula that use a combination of Right & Left String functions
which re-formats the actual value in "Resource Names" field for display
purposes only (change text shown on Gantt chart under Bar Styles...)

Thanks, Matt, for your response. I'm not familiar with creating formulas. Can
you recommend a site with a "cheat sheet" or other resource for getting
up-to-speed ASAP!? ...L
