Resource not in issues list

I have one resource that is set up just like all the
others, and yet when we try to assign him to an issue, he
doesn't show up in the list. Any ideas?

Tara --

You must assign the resource to at least one task in the project before he
shows up on the Assign To list on the Issues page. Hope this helps.
