Resource permissions

When I try to update/publish back and forth from the
enterprise project to the Project Server, I get an error
regarding a few resources, telling me:

You do not have permissions to see the data for all of the
enterprise resources in this project

These resources include the following:
Resource 1
Resource 2
Resource 3
Resource 5

Data for these resources may be out of date and
incomplete. Ask your Server Administrator for read access
to these resources.

That is the error message, an one of these resources needs
to update his timesheet, but sees no tasks assigned in the
PWA. He is assigned to many tasks in the enterprise
project. I am an administrator, but new to Project Server.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you may not have a security setting set to
view resource information. Double check your account and
reset your Admin privileges and see if the resource
message goes away.

It sounds like your resource's assignments have not been
published. The PM needs to use Collaborate -> Publish to
have the resource assignments show up in PWA.

Kevin,
Thanks for the information, but if those resource's
assignments have not been published, and every other
resource's have, I do not know how to access
the "unpublished" resources, and make them available for
publication.

I am efforting the resetting of my admin account, but I am
listed as an administrator.

Any other thoughts?
