Resource Pool Baseline

Carrie

I did not baseline my resource pool 3 weeks ago when work assignments were
published and now I need to create a work "variance" report by resource. I
need help creating a baseline based on work planned using project files I
have from November 13th. I did baseline the project files...just NOT the
resource pool. then I need to create a report to show work baselined by
week and actual work by week by resource.

Hi Carrie,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Create copies of all the Projects and, in the copy, delete all progress. You can then View/Tables/More tables and select the baseline table. Now you can copy the baseline fields into the original (or a further copy if you want to play safe and check that all is OK) baseline view.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
