good place to begin learning how to use Microsoft EPM is from the free

This question is specific enough to answer. This indicates that the
Administrator published the plan, not the project manager. You need to take
two steps:
1. In Project Web Access, go to the Project Center and select the project by
clicking in any column except the Project Name column and click Edit Details
on the toolbar. Change the owner of the project to the project manager.
2. Have the project manager open the project and republish all assignments.
All activity will now flow to the project manager.

Hi Gary!
I have all these files. But they doesn't solve my problem!
I have published a project to the Project Server, but if I want to add a new
task onto the ProjectServer. This new task is send to the administrator and
not to the ProjectManager. I did not know how to fix this problem! Any
ideas?
