When setting up a resource calendar, is there a way to remind another person
(user) of scheduled events? For example, could a reminder go to a
receptionist 15 minutes before a meeting was to take place in a conference
room for which a resource calendar had been established? That is without
including the receptionist in every meeting and junking up her calendar?
