Hi Jayalakshmi,
there are a couple of ways to deal with this. Not knowing the detailed
requirements, I would assume that you have resources associated to Proejcts
that are all over the world. This would lead me to think that you have a
custom field that you associate to a project which may be called something
like "Location". Further to this I assume that resources are allocated to
these projects ( either via task allocation or Resource Plan). if this is the
case, you should be able to create a Data Analysis view allowing you to group
/ filter by Projects in a certain location and the associated resource ( more
then likely the Portfolio Analyser Cube). This should give you the info you
need.
If this doesnt do the trick or you want to have a printable report, you may
want to consider creating your own standard reports using a tool like
"reporting services". Since Project Server has a dedicated reporting
database, it should be fairly easy for a Developer to create these kind of
reports.

Go to Server Settings > Manage Views, choose Data Analyser views and then you
can create the view
