resource tracking

For multiple projects, you can either look to use Resource pools (see
project help) or consolidate your schedules by inserting them all into a new
project (Insert, Project) with the link option deselected.

If you have a lot of projects, then consider project server.

after inserting all my projects, how do I come out with a view of all my
resources usage?

i found a problem after inserting multiple projects. If i have personA
working for multiple projects, in the resource sheet, i have lots of
personA. In actual fact there is only 1 personA.
Can this be fixed?

If you have spelt personA correctly in all projects, then you have linked
them when inserting. You have to deselect the Link option in the Insert
Project dialog to get a consolidation. If personA is spelt even slightly
differently each time, they will be treated as different resources. Even a
trailing space will do this.
