Resource undelete?

A mistake was made and a resouce was deleted using the method described below. If a resource is deleted using the administrative method below, is there anyway possible to undelete, or link a new resource to the ghost resources

Admin Delete Method: Under the Admin area "Clean up Project Server Database", "2. If necessary, specify the users whose items should be deleted" "Delete the specified items for only this user: Bill

The resouce that was deleted is still an active particpant (resource) on several project schedules and has privelalges associated to that of a project manager. What can i do to reactivate the resource? Please share your thoughts. Thanks.
