resource underallocation

It is working for me as I am assigning people 100% to each task.
The other/misc task start date equals their contract start date minus 1 and
I give everybody a five year task. That way I am more than covered when
looking two years ahead in my project.

It is really handy - when I assign people to different tasks (a job which
involves input from many people) i can visually see what a person is assigned
to and when they are free . I can also quickly see that X number of people
will be free during a certain period and therefore look for an appropriate
contract for that type of skill.

thanks for all the input!
