I'm in the process of setting a number of our resources to "Inactive" in
PWA. When I go into PWA to do this (Admin/Manage Users & Groups/Users) and
click "Save Changes," I get a pop-up error message that states: "An error
occurred while completing the operation." If I click "OK," then click "Save
Changes" again, I get a second pop-up message stating:
"The enterprise resource cannot be checked out at the moment. Please try it
again later."
The result is that each time I set a resource to "Inactive," the resource is
left checked-out, and I have to go into Admin/Manage Enterprise
Features/Check in Enterprise Resources and check him back in. In fact, the
resource is left checked-out after the first "Save Changes" click - I don't
think the second click has any effect.
Anyone else experience this problem? Is there a fix?
thanks -
