Resource Usage by day

Hi,

I'm stuck trying to figure this out, so i'd appreciate any
help/suggestions!

I'm using Project Server 2003 and I need to get Resource Work by day.

The problem is that timephased data in the DB is only available once
the project is published.
I need the data when the project is simply saved.

I basically need the same information as in
MSP_VIEW_PROJ_ASSN_TP_BY_DAY but before it's published. MSP_ASSIGNMENTS
has the information i need but it's not on a day-by-day basis.

Is that information stored in binary? Or somewhere i haven't figured
out yet?
