Resource Usage View for Enterprise Resource Pool

My question is stands from a previous posted question.

I currently have resources loaded into the enterprise resource pool. These resources are loaded into several projects in project server. Is there a way to see to view the Resource Usage View for the enterprise resource pool? When I open it, I see no task assignments for the resources.

An approach I use is to create a special administrative project that
contains no tasks and only resources. To do this, open a blank project and
then c;ick Tools - Build Team from Enterprise. Copy all of the resources
from the Enterprise Resource Pool into this project and click OK. Save the
project and then apply the Resource Usage view. You will see the project
assignments for every resource in the pool. To view specific tasks in any
project, simply open the desired project while you have this special
administrative project open, and then return to the Resource Usage view in
the administrative project. Just a thought. Hope this helps.
