We use MSproject 2002 & Project Server and we have a
desynchronization within our project plan and the
Portfolio Analyzer because of missing time in the Resource
Usage view.
Hours from PWA were updated, validated and accepted by the
project manager. Few weeks later, the project manager
opens up the project plan, goes to the Resource Usage
view. Hours are still in PWA, hours are still showing up
at the task level in the actual work field but are not
showing up in the Resource Usage view.
Because of that, total hours from project plan in MSPro
and total hours in Olap don't match.
Any idea why this is happening and how it can be fixed?
