Resource Utilisation

Help - I have been tasked to look at Resource Utilisation for a large group
of people. Is Microsoft Project the best tool to use. I have Project 2002,
but I am not interested in Costs just utilisation between Planned / Actual
and Forecast Mandays.

Who will tell what the BEST one is?
Project is definitely a good one to do what you need.
