Hello all,
I have a resource set up (projector), the resource can be booked
successfully. What I want to do is when anyone books that resource I want a
specific Outlook user (me – since the projector is physically in my office)
to receive the meeting request so that they know to have that projector ready
at the requested time.
I do not want to make the end users contact a person (me) to book the
resource. Can this be done?
