Resources are not receiveing Tasks in outlook

When I create an activity, or assign an enterprise resource a task from a
project, they do not receive it in their outlook calendar or tasks. They have
succesffuly installed the plug-in. They can log into PWA. However, I DO
receive all of these created activities and tasks in my outlook calendar even
though I am not the resource. Hence, my calendar is FULL and my resources are
not getting their assignments.

Looks very promising. Do I have to delete the activities and re-create them
after I assocaite them to the correct user?
