resources booked popup window

When booking a resource in Outlook you get a popup window letting you
know if the resource was successfully booked or not. I have a user
that checked the box that says "please do not show me this dialog
again". How do I get it back? I've searched all over but to no
avail. Any ideas would be greatly appreciate.

I contacted someone that had an old posting here and he told me that
with Office 2002 you can run the detect and repair option to restore
defaults. I tried it and it brought back the popup window.
