I have a couple questions for you:
1. First, did you use the Build Team dialog (Tools - Build Team from
Enterprise) to add the resources to your project team?
2. If yes to #1, did you actually PUBLISH the project using File - Publish?
3. If yes to #1 and #2, navigate to your own My Tasks page in PWA. By
chance do you see those resource's tasks on YOUR OWN My Tasks page?
If yes to #1, #2, and #3, then this means your Project Server administrator
failed to set up your Project Server system correctly. He/she must enter a
value in the Default Assignment Owner field for EVERY resource in the
Enterprise Resource Pool. He can do this from the Resource Center page by
editing each resource individually. In the Default Assignment Owner field,
your Project Server administrator must enter the resource's own name so that
they are the owner of their own tasks and see their tasks on their own My
Tasks page. If he/she fails to provide a value in the Default Assignment
Owner, then the system puts the resource's tasks on the My Tasks page of the
PROJECT MANAGER instead of the assigned resources.
