We are in the early stages of planning a fairly major project.
We're running PWA 2002 and Project Server.
(I'm sure this is the most basic of questions, by the way...)
We have decided that task 1 will take 20 days with 4 people working on
it.
None of them will be overallocated doing just that task, and they
won't be spending all day every day doing it (we've decided that these
chaps will be 80% available for this project, the other 20% spent on
making tea, massaging my neck etc)
So...
I've created the task - built the team from the enterprise resource
pool and allocated the 4 resources against that task.
And project tells me they are way overallocated.
I've made the tasks of a fixed duration - how do I make the resources
fully - but not over-allocated, without altering the task duration.
Many thanks
