Help!
We use MSP server and Pro 2002.
We are having a problem with the fact that the project
resource names (all of them) field is cleared for no
apparend reason.
The user mentioned that his project was really slow to
open and/or close lately, and sudently works better. When
investigating for another problem we found that all his
resource information had been cleared in the project.
However, the team member still have tasks assigned and
they still can send actuals to the project manager, who
can still accept the hours!!!.
It seams that the MSP Pro DB is out of sync with the PWA
DB.
How can this append. Does SP1 covers this problem ?
One of the solution is to re-assigning the resources to
the tasks in the project and republish. Is this correct ?
