Resources not published - help?

Please help.
I have just installed server 2003.
Why using the web interface, and clicking on 'view
enterprise resources in resource center' I get the
message "You either do not have permissions to see any
resources in this view or there are currently no resources
in the Project Server database. Contact your server
administrator. "
I had a similar message viewing projects but after
following a huge article 810596 it was fixed.
How can I get this to work for resources?
Under the administrator web login I have set the proper
authorities for this user, but it still does not seem to
publish.

Did you create your resources in PWA or in MSP 2003?
Enterprise resources are the ones created in the
Enterprise resource pool of MSP 2003, not in the admin
menu of PWA !

Also when I run the import wizard to import projects it doesnt import
the resources, tasks, or assignments. Weirdness.

Bill:

Typically bad publishing behavior is accompanied by errors in the Server
Application log. First we need to figure out why your resources aren't
publishing, then we work on strategies for getting them published. Get us
the errors.
