Resources Not Showing Up in PWA Center

Hi,

For a couple of years, we've been adding Enterprise Resources to the
Enterprise Resource Pool, and they show up in the PWA Resource Center. No
issues.

Lately, I've been adding new Enterprise Resources and they are not showing
up in the PWA Resource Center. I can add them as Enterprise Resources in
projects, so they seem to be properly created in the Enterprise Resource Pool.

Anyone else seen this? I'm wondering if I've run up against some kind of
limit in project server.

Details: MS Project Server 2003 w/SP2. Currently 192 resources in the
Enterprise Resource pool.

Thanks.

Hi David, there is certainly not a limit on the number of resources, and
there isn't a display limit either. Make sure the resource centre views
aren't applying a filter.

We have this same issue. I've got about 860 folks in the resource pool.
Resources have timesheets, can be assigned tasks and show up in the ERP, but
are not coming up in the PWA Resource Center.

Microsoft tech support has been unable to help at this point. If you find
out anything, let me know.

Thanks.

Do you see any errors in the server event log? Sometimes publishing fails on
resources, thus making them unavailable in the Resource Center view despite
the fact that they're active in the pool. The only way I know of to force a
republish is to edit the resource by changing some data and then saving it.

Thanks folks. I'll get a hold of the server event log to see what's
happening and report back.
