Resources Work Gaps!!!

Can someone tell me the best way tomanage a resource on
multiple projects in this sense.

I have resources that estimate that it is going to take
them 2 weeks to complete a task, however they get it done
in one week. This affects my other project that had them
scheduled to begin work after the two weeks.

How do I get rid f the gaps between projects?

Well not to sound like a wise guy but things like that are why YOU are
around. :) You will have to monitor things like this and adjust your
schedules to compensate for such good things as resources finishing
early. :)
