Resources' Workgroup can not be changed set in 2007

In 2003 we were able to set the Workgroup field to 'No' for a resource.
Especially, when publishing assignments, in certain circumstances local
resources used to cause spooler errors and setting it to 'none' used to
ignore such resources when publishing. I am wondering is this field no
longer required 2007? And/ or how can it be changed?

It is no longer required in Project Server 2007. Instead, your PMs can
simply create Local resources in their enterprise projects and then assign
the Local resources to tasks. When the PMs publish, they will not see
Spooler errors. Hope this helps.
