Response Form that captures shopping cart totals

How do I put a calculation feature on a site such that someone can choose
different features for an item I am selling, and each feature automatically
changes the amount for that item. This total needs to be captured at a
central place so that other items can also be added and the total calculated.
Like a shopping cart.

After the visitor is done, they will hit Buy but I do NOT want to charge
their credit card. I need this form, or whatever method you can think of, to
notify me that someone has purchased so I can see if the item is in stock.

Is there a form for this? Is there another way?

A service like PayPal will do everything I just mentioned except when the
visitor hits Buy, the card is charged automatically. I spoke with Paypal and
they cannot change or suspect the feature that charges the card immediately.

You need to add a JavaScript calculation to you form and just have the form end results emailed to you
