responses to this meeting request will not be tallied

Hi all,

I have a user who has a calendar taking up nearly 40mb of the exchange
mailbox. I want to archive the users calendar entires to a PST.
When i try to move the appointments \ events to the PST i keep getting
"responses to this meeting request will not be tallied
becausethis meeting is not in yourmain calender folder. is
this OK?"
As there are over 5000 entries to move this is going to take squiet
some time with clicking "ok"
Is there a way to stop this or does anyone have any other suggestions
