Restart of Computer at Print Command

Our XP Operating systems get's restart when ever press the Print Button on
any Office 2000 and Office XP documents. Kindly find out the solution for
that.

Try reinstalling the printer driver. Also turning off "Automatically
Restart" so you can read the error message and Stop code. Winkey+Break,
Advanced, Startup and recovery settings, UNcheck "automatically
restart". Post the Stop code AND error message at the WindowsXP group
for resolution.
