restarting configuration wizard for outlook 2003

I cancelled theconfiguration wizard that comes up when
you open outlook for the first time. It said it was
cancelling before finishing. So now when I go to open
outlook, the program opens without the wizard. How can I
restart it to configure outlook; or if not, what was
that wizard suppose to do? Can I do it all manually?
