restore account with lost password

We have a managed relay server and one of my users computer died and he
forgot his groove password. When trying to restore his account, it asks him
for his password, but doesnt give him the chance to reset his password. Is
there anyway to get around this or does he need to create a new account.

I am hoping through the management tool for groove, there is a way I can
reset it but so far I can not find anything.
