Where do I find my outlook backup file, and how do I restore it? I looked at help but it didn't help.

I knew about .pst files. I'm not sure if the .pst file you're referring
to is the current one or the backup. If I lose my emails, how do I
actually restore the backup. And what is the name of the backup *.pst
Thanks.
