restore defaults

i need to restore all of my office settings to there original defaults, how
do i do it?

What version of Office are you using?

Also, is there a specific reason you want to reset all of your Office
applications to the defaults? If you are encountering a problem then
resetting your personal preferences seldom rectifies the problem. If
this is the case then if you could provide us with the details of the
issue(s) you are encounter then we may be able to help.

hi Beth, i am using office 2003, i have 2 administrator accounts on my
system, the problem i have is with outlook, when i send an e-mail from my
account the recipient receives the message in 1 long line of text instead of
as it is typed, i am using HTML, 76 characters per line.
on the other account all is well, no problems and with the same settings.
