restore deleted photo folders

I recently, while using Office 2003 Picture Manger, deleted a folder of
photos, thinking that it was just from the list in PM, but as it turns out
they are gone from our server - any idea how to get them back?

You might be able to purchase some software that could try to recover them
from your server but I suspect they are gone for good.

Ask your network/server administrator to restore the deleted files from
a recent server backup.
