Hit the LEFT ALT + SHIFT and this should toggle you through the different
keyboards you have loaded. Or you can right click the symbol on your task
bar for the language and select the one you want (mine looks like a little
EN in a blue square for english)
You can also go to Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Languages
Tab
Click the Details button and change the default input language in the
dropdown box
