Restore MS Office 2007 Shortcut Bar

I just installed Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 and upon reboot, my Microsoft
Office 2007 Shortcut Bar disappeared. I went to programs>Microsoft
Office>Shorrtcut Bar, and the folder is empty. How can I get it back? Thanks
for any help.
