Restore my profile

We upgraded to the new Beta 7.0 office groove. I had to reinstall it again
later as it was having some problems. Now I have created a new profile but
want to use my old profile. It tells me everytime I want to get my old one
to contact my Admin. That is retarded as my admin has no program that will
restore my old account and has no clue what to do either. My old account
still exist but I can not access it in anyway. Any Clues?

You may need to deselect a setting in th Options/Preference/Security/

Workspace Restrictions

If you have this selected and try to open a 3.1 workspace it will create
issues and popups with memory errors. Deslection this option and your 3.1
workspaces will work. If it is selected and you get an invite from a 3.1
workspace user you will also get error popups

Hi,

Could you tell the detailed steps about how you restore your old profile
(Groove account)? Generally, you need to account backup file to restore your
old Groove account.
