Restore Outlook after Hard Drive Crash

My hard drive crashed and have now replaced it. I have a backup of my
outlook files that were made through my Norton 360 account. They are not
exports from Outlook.

What is the best way to restore my Outlook. I have a Hotmail account and
another IMAP account with all my contacts and etc.

I'm not familar with the 360 program, but how do they say to restore
backups? can you extract the pst files? You won't need the one for hotmail
or imap, only the one that has the contacts in.
