Restore PowerPoint

While trying to split a PP Presentation into 2 seperate files one version was
not saved and the other only saved half the original presenation (under the
original file name). Is there a way to restore the powerpoint file to the
original? There are now about 35 slides missing from the entire presentation.

it's doubtful, but there maybe a slim chance there is a "temp/tmp" file left
lying around.... see

Also... did you email the presentation to any one during it's development?
It may be in your ''sent items'' folder.
