Restore Project Server but not WSS

Hi, we need to restore our Project Server databases to an earlier date. We
have no need to maintain the Enterprise project data or resource pool but we
do need to keep the Risk/issues item data etc. Can we restore the project
server databases in SQL server but not the WSS ones?

Risks and Issues are in the content database, which probably is one of the
WSS ones.

Project Server databases typically refers to the Draft, Archive, Publish
and Reporting databases which won't contain Risk/Issue data.
