I mistakenly deleted an entire file from my NOTES folder in Entourage and I'm trying to figure out how to restore it. I tried Time Machine but there are no options there. Any experience with this is welcomed!

You cannot simply restore one file to restore your deleted Notes. You'll
need to restore your Entourage Database from your Time Machine backup.

First, locate your Database. It will be located here:

/Users/yourName/Documents/Microsoft User Data
/Office 2008 Identities/Main Identity/Database

Make a duplicate your Microsoft User Data folder in case of problems
when restoring your backup. Then restore the Database file.

A word of warning: Time Machine cannot successfully back up your
Entourage Database while it is open. You could possibly have corrupt
Entourage Database backups. Have a look at these instructions for
methods that will allow you to use Time Machine with Entourage:

"Entourage and Time Machine"

Hope this helps!
