Restoring a Single Project Web Site

I accidently deleted a project web site along with a project plan and did not
mean to delete the web site. I have a back up tape restored of the databases
to a folder on the server. What is the easiest way to get that web site back
to the way it was before I deleted it?

Using Project Restore Utility (in Project Server2003 Resource Kit) restore
that deleted project.

Then use stsadm.exe / WSSMigr.exe to restore the site if you have its backup.
