restoring an outlook profile

when wroking on an exchange issue today my client removed her profile. is
there anyway to restore it. it contained all email folders, adress book. and
old emails.

Just create a new profile and point it at her exchange mailbox. Or was she using a .pst (bad - why use Exchange if you are going to rely on ..pst?)
