Restoring deleted files

I accidentally deleted an MS Word 2002 file yesterday and
would like to know if there is anyway to restore it. I
checked my System Restore points and they won't work do
to the timing of the event. Thanks for any info.

Normally when you delete anything it goes to the Recycle Bin (unless you
deliberately bypass the action by using Shift+Delete). Open the Recycle Bin,
select the document, right-click and choose RESTORE.

hI tOM DID YOU EVER FIND OUT HOW TO RESTORE A DELETED FILE? iF yES PLEASE HELP. i DELETED A FILE i CAN REPLACE.
